Refund Policy

The processing period and the arrival of the refund amount to your customer account takes at least 14 days. PayPal Refunds
For orders paid through PayPal, the refund will be issued to your original PayPal account. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to process and appear in your account. Due to local laws in certain regions, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days. This extended period is determined by the regulations governing the region in which your PayPal account is registered. Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims submitted after this 7-day period will not be accepted by Nga Ching Limited. Shipping and Delivery
