Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- A shipment confirmation with tracking will be emailed once the order dispatches.

Shipping Disclaimers
- Free shipping covers standard service only; any expedited options (if offered) incur additional charges shown at checkout.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, carrier backlogs, strikes, peak-season volumes, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or force majeure.
- Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility and are not refundable by us.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon hand-off to the carrier. Please use the provided tracking and contact the carrier for in-transit issues.
Returns
We provide a 14-day no-questions-asked return window. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resellable condition with all original tags/labels attached.
- For Swimwear & Beachwear, the hygiene liner and tags must be intact.
- Sets/Co-ords must be returned as complete sets.
- Buyer pays return shipping; we recommend a tracked service and keeping the receipt until your refund is completed.
- Returns must be initiated from the original country/region of delivery.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Swimwear & Beachwear with removed/damaged hygiene liners or missing tags.
- Final-sale/clearance items (clearly indicated on product pages or at checkout).
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged items (including perfume, makeup, deodorant, or wear marks).
- Gift cards, store credit vouchers, and customized/monogrammed items.
- Free gifts and promotional items.
How to Start a Return
- Request RMA: Contact our support team with your order number, item(s), and reason to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and the return address.
- Pack Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and the RMA slip.
- Ship Back: Use a trackable carrier and share the tracking number with us.
- Inspection & Notification: We inspect returned items and email the approval or reason for rejection.
Refund Timeline
- Inspection typically takes 5–7 business days after the return arrives at our facility.
- Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method and will arrive within at least 14 days (actual timing depends on your bank/card network and country).
- PayPal refunds are generally completed within 14 days, but in some regions local laws or PayPal policies may extend this to up to 30 days.
- Original shipping upgrades (if any), duties/taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Method (“Original Route”)
All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment account used at checkout (same card/wallet/account). We cannot refund to a different method or account.
Requests Submitted After the 14-Day Window
- Change-of-mind requests after 14 days are not eligible for return or refund.
- Quality/defect issues reported after 14 days will be reviewed case-by-case. If confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
- To assess defect claims, we may request photos/videos and order details; unauthorized returns may be refused.
